A major feature of the websites I design is that I remain with you for the balance of the year of our initial contract to update your site and to tweak the site to better suit your visitors' needs.    

Many website design firms will charge you PER UPDATE fees.

I don't.   Never have.  Never will.   

Create a new website for your organization or small business and establish your presence on the information Superhighway.  All websites are different with needs that vary.   Contact me about what your needs are so that I can draft a proposal on the cost of that site for you.  Unlike most companies, I don't restrict the size of the website, the number of graphics, or how many images you can have scanned.   Your website will not be a cookie cutter of another website.   Each website is designed with your organization or small business' needs.   Whether it is a new website or a redesign of your existing site, I make it a point to design sites that are easy to use and to navigate.   You will be able to find designers who are flashier, more expensive, and who try to convince you that fancy websites work better, but I offer well-crafted websites that can showcase video from YouTube as well as flash graphics if it makes your website easier to use.    You won't someone who is more committed to his customers and who bends over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction.    You aren't dealing with a teenager or someone's relative - I am a self-taught web designer who has been designing websites since 1997 and many of my clients have been with me nearly 10 years!

Websites will feature animated graphics and forms to get information from your visitors as you need them.   I'll work with you on how to manage your web design and hosting budget to maximize your internet presence.

I also offer mysql and php services custom designed for you on an as needed basis.   

I don't advertise so I want to earn your respect and satisfaction and hope that you'll recommend me to your friends   Customers who refer me to others will receive a 10% discount on any future service calls off my current prices to thank you for your referrals.

My online web design  portfolio is available upon request through your inquiry.    I do not do any advertising and rather depend on word-of-mouth referrals from my current satisfied customers.    All of my clients have been earned through working hard for each client, and I have earned their respect for being honest, respectful of their budgetary needs, and going the extra mile.   In short, I give old-fashioned customer service in an era when personal interaction and customer care is in short supply.

I do accept paypal for website payments and will work with clients across the United States.

COMPUTER SERVICES - VIRUS/MALWARE REMOVAL

I also perform virus and malware removal services in the local Hampton Roads Virginia are.    I will come to you and scan your system and perform virus and malware removal on your system(s).    Lately malware has become very difficult to remove and is increasingly getting more complex and  insidious - often infecting your system with little notice - and those instances they try to fool you by making you believe you have an infection when you really don't.   My malware/virus removal services are available where I come to your home or business in Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Virginia.   

Malware and virus removal is not a quick process and requires someone who has done this before to ensure that it doesn't come back upon restart - Geeksquad costs between $199 - $299 for this service - my cost starts at $99 and won't exceed $199.   Inspection of your system and recommendation of how you can resolve this will cost $49.95 for the visit and consultation - after all, I'm coming to your home or business.

There are several options to assist you with your situation.   If you are in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, I can come to your home or business to resolve your situation or we can do this over the telephone.    You can save money by doing this over the phone since I don't have travel expenses and am not tied up for the entire period.    Whatever option you choose, read below and fill out the contact form and I'll get back with you!

MALWARE / VIRUS REMOVAL SERVICE EXPLANATIONS
All charges below unless otherwise noted are for one computer.   I do offer a discounted rate for additional computers for malware removal services provided I work on those computers during the same visit.

ON-SITE SERVICES - Only available in Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

Once your payment is validated, an email with your instructions and download links will be sent to you.

What you will receive:

• Download links for the software that I recommend and have used to successfully remove these malicious infections.
• Step by step instructions on how to implement this software and the sequence in which to run them.
• Expectations of the steps on length of time to allocate for them.    These are approximations - your machine may be faster or slower and may take less or more time.
• Warnings on using the software to its fullest.    Sometimes the software may say to reboot, and I'll point out when to ignore those requests.   Sometimes it is wise to set one of the scans to occur when you sleep since it takes the longest to scan.
• Steps to take to resolve some of the lingering effects of the infections.   It is one thing to remove the infection - but it is quite another to figure out how to resolve the results of the infection.
• You will be able to email me to ask questions and for limited support.    Again, this is a self-service option - support is extremely limited with this option.
• If at anytime you find that you have bitten off more than you can chew, you can always upgrade to the phone support option (below) for $50.00.

This option is only applicable to Windows-based machines.    Since it is impossible to  foresee all possible variations in computing systems, this option should be used by experienced computer users.    I've implemented this system on numerous computer systems with an unblemished record of success.   However, in-person use of these services has the advantage of my expertise being on-hand to evaluate the situation and to implement adjustments as necessary which this option does not offer.    Use this option only if you are comfortable and competent when working with computers.    These instructions and action steps are solely for the use of the paid subscriber and may not be distributed or duplicated for others' use.  Copyright 2011.
